The Only Way To Sell Your Machine…

Did You Know 62% of Engineering Companies Have Machinery Which is Underused or Unwanted?

In almost all cases the machinery has been fully depreciated on their company books.

Machinery sellers currently have very restricted sales routes to dispose of under used or unwanted machines, the options are selling to dealers/trade in or auction, both these options result in the seller receiving up to 70% under the true market value.

At Machineshop We Strive to Solve
This Problem

Machinery sellers currently have very restricted sales routes to dispose of under used or unwanted machines, the options are selling to dealers/trade in or auction, both these options result in the seller receiving up to 70% under the true market value.

Machines are often large and heavy and are not mobile, In addition they take up valuable space in a factory, these factors mean that sellers often turn to dealers and auctions as the line of least resistance when there may well be many potential buyers who are simply unaware of what is available.

A platform to connect buyers and sellers will provide a better marketplace for all.

About Us

Paul Lee is the founder and former Managing Director of one of the UK’s largest independent machine tool service companies. With his industry knowledge and over 20 years’ experience of buying and selling machinery Paul asked the question “Why is there no online platform where buyers and sellers can directly communicate with each other?”
